Service Cancellation Before Start

• You may cancel your service before work has started.
• In such cases, only administrative charges may be deducted (if applicable).

Cancellation After Service Begins

Once work has started, no cancellation or refund is allowed as time and resources are already invested.

Missed Appointments / Sessions

If a scheduled session is missed or cancelled late (within 6 hours of the appointment), it will be counted as a completed session.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

MEHTA FINANCE reserves the right to cancel services due to:

• Incomplete payment
• Misconduct
• Misuse of service
• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• In such cases, no refund will be issued
