We do not sell Customer Data.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
All software, content, and materials provided by us remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business use only.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute our software or features without permission.
The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., email gateways, phone carriers, payment processors). We are not responsible for:
Third-party downtime
Data handling by third parties
Fees charged by third-party services
Your use of third-party tools is governed by their own terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
Required payments are not made
You misuse or abuse the platform
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and we may delete your data as permitted by law.
The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available”.
We make no warranties regarding:
Uptime or availability
Accuracy of data
Fit for a particular purpose
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the last 12 months
Certain jurisdictions may not allow these limits; if so, they apply to the extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of GA/ United states, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the United State/GA.
